Essential information to keep in mind

The hotel room is not included with your décor booking, as we do not handle hotel or Airbnb reservations on behalf of clients. We kindly request that no one be present in your room during the setup process. This allows us to complete the setup efficiently and without distractions, ensuring an accurate and timely arrangement.

** You must first check into your hotel/ Airbnb before we set-up.

Book your stay and leave us a key at the lobby. We will collect the room key and begin setting up your space. Preparation typically takes one to two hours, depending on your selected package, please plan accordingly.

 

Once the setup is complete, we will leave the room key securely inside the room.

 

* Travel Fee required for surrounding cities of San Diego

 

*Clean-up is not included in the package. You are responsible for the cleanup of the space. Please be advised, that hotels will charge extra for the clean-up.

**Cancellation/ reschedule policy

We kindly request a minimum of 14 days' notice if you need to reschedule your booking. Please note that all sales are final, and refunds are not available.

Rescheduling will be accommodated within 30 days of the original date, subject to availability.​

Payment options

We gladly accept payments via Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. To secure your requested date and time, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one week before your scheduled date.

 

Please ensure any add-ons are selected at the time of booking, as last-minute requests will incur additional fees and are subject to availability. All upgrades or add-ons must be requested at least one week before your scheduled date.​

 

Refunds or cancellations are not provided due to inclement weather. We recommend relocating the setup to an indoor space to ensure your booking proceeds smoothly.

 

​For locations such as Airbnb, hotels in the downtown area, San Diego Gaslamp, or other areas requiring paid parking, an additional $25 fee will apply

How do I request a booking?

To get started, simply fill out the booking form and provide all the necessary details. This will help us understand your vision and requirements for your special occasion.

How will I know if my booking request has been accepted?

After submitting your request, we’ll respond via email to acknowledge it and provide you with an invoice. Once your payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the finalized details, including the date, time, and event location.

Are last-minute bookings accepted?

We strongly suggest bookings at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure all your details and requests are possible. However, we would be happy to help accommodate your last-minute booking based on availability but additional fees will apply and full payment will be due at the time of booking. Please note, that we suggest having flexibility on the theme of your choice as short-notice requests might not be able to accommodate a specific color, theme, or add-on. Rest assured; we will do everything possible to help you create that special occasion for a memorable experience.
